  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • Salt To taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, add 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of sour cream. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Fold in 4 oz of finely chopped smoked salmon, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of dill, 1 tablespoon of capers, and 1 clove of minced garlic. Stir until combined, about 2 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, starting with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper. Adjust as necessary, about 1 minute.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, stir the dip and present in a serving bowl, garnished with extra dill or salmon slices.
