  • 1/4 cup Ginger Simple Syrup made by simmering equal parts sugar and water with fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
For Garnish
  • 1 strip Orange Peel can swap with lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Sugar for rimming the glass

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rim the glass with lemon or orange juice and dip it into raw sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Cut a long strip of orange peel for garnish.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine ginger simple syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
