Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly under cool water. Core and chop the green apples into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Halve the green grapes and slice the lime and lemon, removing any seeds.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the chopped apples, halved grapes, lime slices, and lemon slices.
  4. Pour the dry white wine over the fruit mixture and add the apple brandy and orange liqueur. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with simple syrup. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water or club soda.
