Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting a large head of cauliflower into bite-size florets, rinse, and dry them thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/2 cup of Frank’s RedHot sauce.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the buffalo sauce mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 1½ tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. While the cauliflower is frying, mix together 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of buttermilk, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
