Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and the panko mixture.
  3. Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Cook the cutlets for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken, add marinara and sprinkle with mozzarella, then air fry for 3 more minutes.
  6. Plate the chicken and garnish with parsley, serve with pasta or salad.
