- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, then spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the filled jalapenos and press lightly to adhere.
- Place the stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
