Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by carefully slicing the large jalapeños lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and veins, which will help tone down the heat.
- Lightly coat the jalapeños with a drizzle of neutral oil and place them cut-side up in a well-greased air fryer basket.
- Air fry the prepared jalapeños at 400°F for about 4 minutes, then transfer to paper towels to cool for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth, and gradually stir in the half & half.
- Spoon the filling generously into each jalapeño half, packing it in, and top with additional cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Return the stuffed jalapeños to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for an additional 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the poppers and top with sliced green onions before serving warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes
Opt for larger jalapeños for more filling. Ensure cream cheese is softened for better mixing, and taste test your filling before stuffing.
