- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
- In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon thoroughly.
- Open the can of apple pie filling and chop the apple slices into smaller pieces.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spoon about 3 tablespoons of apple pie filling along the center. Roll tightly.
- Brush the outside of the rolled taquito with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the coated taquitos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and apple filling.
- Bake the taquitos for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over the taquitos before serving.
