Ensure all pieces are well-coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  2. While the chicken marinates, prepare the coating. In a shallow dish, mix together panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, paprika, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper. Stir these ingredients until evenly combined.
