Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove each piece of chicken from the marinade and coat in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. Lay on a plate.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 365°F. Fry the chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a large bowl, toss fried chicken with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
