Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate briefly.
  2. Set up a dredging station with one bowl for beaten eggs and another for cornstarch. Coat each piece of chicken in egg then in cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated chicken in batches for 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey. Mix until smooth while chicken fries.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, place it in a bowl and drizzle Bang Bang sauce generously over the top. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Transfer the sauced chicken to a serving platter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
