  • 1 teaspoon Salt sea salt preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper fresh cracked
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Oil olive, canola, or vegetable
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley fresh is best

Cooking Steps
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter and oil.
  3. Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet once the butter is bubbling.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
