  • 1/2 Teelöffel Oregano Italian seasoning can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver Fresh garlic can be used for a bolder taste.
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Zwiebelpulver
  • 1/4 Teelöffel Salz Adjust based on the salted butter used.
  • 1/4 Teelöffel Schwarzer Pfeffer

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) for conventional or 180°C (360°F) for a fan setting.
  2. Thoroughly wash and scrub 750g of small potatoes, cut each in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with melted salted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated potato halves cut-side down with space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until soft inside and golden brown on the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven, flip each potato half cut-side up, and return to the oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
  7. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
