  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken can save time
  • 8 oz cream cheese ensure it's softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing blue cheese dressing can be a zesty alternative
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce adjust based on heat preference
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese can swap with Monterey Jack or favorite melty cheese
  • 0.5 cups crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 2 scallions sliced optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In the crockpot, layer in the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  4. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  5. Once cooking is complete, stir and optionally top with crumbled blue cheese and sliced scallions before serving with dippers.
