- Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- In the crockpot, layer in the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Once cooking is complete, stir and optionally top with crumbled blue cheese and sliced scallions before serving with dippers.
