  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine quinoa, zucchini, carrot, chickpeas, bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. Add Flavor and Bind: Mix in breadcrumbs, egg or flax egg, soy sauce, and seasonings; combine well.
  4. Form Patties: Shape mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
