Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice half a cucumber and place the slices in a bowl of ice-cold water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Peel another cucumber and cube it into small pieces, measuring approximately one cup.
  3. Blend the cubed cucumber with the sweetener, mint leaves, and cold water on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Stir in freshly squeezed lime juice and black salt into the strained mixture, then add additional cold water and mix well.
  6. Serve over ice, garnishing each glass with cucumber slices and a sprig of mint.
