Preparation Steps
- Gather your ingredients: frozen blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and cream cheese. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 30-60 seconds, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- If the shake is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again for an additional 15 seconds.
- Pour the shake into glasses. Optionally, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
