  3. Sprinkle in the brownie mix and milk, mixing until smooth. This will take about 1 minute.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with reserved mini chocolate chips, and serve with assorted dippers.
