Cake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently.
- Stir in hot coffee or water until the batter is smooth.

- Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat butter until creamy, then add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth.
