- Melt the Chocolate Base: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine one cup of white chocolate chips and half a can of sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth, about 1.5 to 2 minutes total.
- Add Flavor Enhancements: Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted mixture.
- Incorporate the Oreos: Reserve about five Oreo cookies and chop the rest into small pieces. Fold the chopped Oreos into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Add Toppings: Crush the reserved Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top of the fudge, pressing gently.
- Refrigerate to Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until firm.
