  • 1 each Watermelon Fresh and ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Can substitute with another natural juice.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut a ripe watermelon in half and slice off the rind. Chop the flesh into about 1-inch cubes.
  2. Fill the Ninja Creami pint container with watermelon cubes, packing them gently to the max fill line.
  3. Pour coconut water into the pint container, filling it to the same max fill line where the watermelon is.
  4. Place the lid on the container and freeze overnight for at least 12 to 24 hours.
  5. Remove the container from the freezer and microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  6. Blend in the Ninja Creami on the sorbet setting; re-spin if needed for a smoother texture.
  7. Serve in bowls or cones, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
