- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, sourdough discard, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gently mix the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Grease your donut pans generously with coconut oil or cooking spray.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pans, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- While warm, place in a bag with powdered sugar and shake to coat.
