Preparation
  1. Slice the beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Wash and chop the fresh bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place all the prepared ingredients in separate bowls.
Marinating and Cooking
  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and cracked black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add beef strips and toss well, then let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil to the hot skillet.
  4. Add marinated beef strips in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes.
