Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the lined baking tray.
  3. Unwrap caramel squares and place one on top of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until caramels soften but do not melt completely.
  5. Core and cube apples into bite-sized pieces and soak briefly in lemon juice.
  6. Once pretzels are out of the oven, press an apple cube onto each caramel-topped pretzel.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the assembled bites.
