  • 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cooked Ham Chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning
Dough
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking chicken
  • 1 package Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 piece Egg For egg wash
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice chicken into thin strips and sauté with olive oil and spices for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once cool, chop chicken and mix with ham and cheese.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the filling over the dough, leaving space around the edges.
  6. Roll the dough to encase the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Make slits on top for ventilation and brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the Stromboli cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
