Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice chicken into thin strips and sauté with olive oil and spices for 5-7 minutes.
- Once cool, chop chicken and mix with ham and cheese.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the filling over the dough, leaving space around the edges.
- Roll the dough to encase the filling and seal the edges.
- Make slits on top for ventilation and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the Stromboli cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
