  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each piece of chicken in this mixture and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pot.
  3. In the same pot, add chopped onion and cayenne pepper; cook until onion is tender and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
