Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir until fully combined and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 16 ounces of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of sharp white cheddar. Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of minced shallot, 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of chives, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Gently fold in crab meat until just combined.
  3. Make 4-5 shallow cuts along the top of each croissant without cutting all the way through. Fill each croissant with the crab dip mixture, making sure it overflows slightly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the stuffed croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with garlic butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
  5. Brush the remaining garlic butter over the croissants and sprinkle additional minced chives on top before serving. Serve warm.
