  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce homemade preferred
  • 4 oz Pancetta diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme

  • 1 large Egg beaten

  3. Cook diced pancetta in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Fold the pastry edges inward to create a border, layer Brie, cranberry sauce, and pancetta in the center, and brush edges with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and fillings are bubbly.
  6. Let cool for about 5 minutes, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve warm.
