Cooking Instructions
  1. Blend the Batter: In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, and baking powder. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the Skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Optionally grease with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Cook the Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Keep Warm: Transfer cooked pancakes to a warm plate and cover with foil while cooking the remaining batter.
  5. Serve with Toppings: Plate pancakes and add toppings like fresh fruit, yogurt, or syrup.
