- Crush the OREO cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Alternatively, use a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
- Combine crushed OREO cookies with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into heart-shaped molds, pressing down firmly, and freeze for 25-30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the firmed heart truffles into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate dipped truffles for about 5 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the set truffles. Immediately add sprinkles.
- Chill finished Heart OREO Balls for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
