- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peach preserves, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the prepared glaze over them. Let wings marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Arrange marinated wings on the greased wire rack in a single layer and bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings bake, heat the reserved glaze in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
- Once wings are done, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour the thickened glaze over them. Toss gently to coat.
