  2. Dust a clean surface with flour or semolina and stretch the pizza dough into a 10–12 inch circle.
  3. Assemble the Bruschetta pizza by brushing stretched dough with olive oil and add toppings before baking for 60 seconds.
  4. Create the Capricciosa pizza by spreading tomato sauce and adding toppings, baking for 60-90 seconds.
  5. Build the Hot Honey Feta Soppressata pizza with sauce, layers of toppings, and bake for 60-90 seconds.
  6. Craft the Dessert pizza by baking plain dough for 60 seconds, then add Nutella, bananas, and peanuts.
  7. Lower the flame slightly before launching the pizzas into the Ooni.
  8. Carefully launch and bake each pizza for 60-90 seconds, rotating every 20 seconds.
