- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

- Mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water and add to the glaze, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the thickened glaze over each fillet. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the glazed salmon on plates garnished with sliced green onions and orange slices.
