Preparation Steps
- Start by selecting 3-4 ripe peaches. Wash, peel, and chop them into cubes, removing pits.
- In a blender, combine chopped peaches and a splash of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach puree through a sieve to strain out the pulp.
- Juice 3-4 fresh lemons into a measuring cup to get about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a pitcher, combine strained peach juice, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water. Stir well.
- Gradually add sugar, starting with 0.5 cup, mixing well and tasting to adjust sweetness.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
