- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chopped spinach and sauté for about 2–3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and cool before squeezing out moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground turkey, sautéed spinach, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add seasonings and mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5–2 inches in diameter and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
- Let the meatballs cool slightly before serving with favorite sauce or side.
