  • 2 cups juicy strawberries quartered
  • 1 medium ripe avocado diced

  • ½ cup tangy goat cheese crumbled

  • 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
