Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. Add all-purpose flour, kosher salt, olive oil, and white balsamic vinegar. Mix until a dough forms and knead for 5-7 minutes.
Dough Rising
  1. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  2. Punch down the dough after it has doubled in size.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
  2. Divide the dough and roll out into two circles about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer dough onto a baking sheet or pizza peel. Spread softened goat cheese on each base.
  4. Top with quartered strawberries and crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with arugula and frisée before serving.
