Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine low-sodium chicken broth, freshly grated ginger, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until simmering, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Carefully drop the frozen potstickers into the bubbling broth. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sliced carrots and chopped bok choy, stirring well. Let simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in low-sodium soy sauce and let simmer for a minute longer.
  5. Sprinkle in freshly chopped green onions and drizzle sesame oil before serving. Ladle into bowls.
