For the Stir-Fry
  • 2 medium Zucchinis sliced into half-moon shapes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Saewoojeot or substitute with fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or substitute with honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru optional
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil vegetable or sesame oil
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for sprinkling
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for drizzling

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise, then slice them into half-moon shapes about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Assemble the Ingredients: In a large skillet, combine the sliced zucchini, chopped onions, minced garlic, green onions, saewoojeot, cooking oil, maple syrup, and optional gochugaru.
  3. Stir-Fry the Zucchini Mixture: Heat the skillet over high heat and stir-fry the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil before serving.
  5. Store for Later: Place leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
