- Cream softened butter and honey until light and fluffy, then add molasses and mix.
- Gradually mix in flour, salt, spices, orange zest, and vanilla extract to form a soft dough.
- Shape the dough into a log or use cookie stamps. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Slice dough into ½ inch thick pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
