  • 2 ounces Prosecco Adds bubbly effervescence
  • 3 ounces Club Soda Additional fizz for summer refreshment

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the Glassware by placing glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the Base Ingredients by pouring pink gin and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake It Up by filling the shaker with ice cubes and shaking vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain Into the Glass, filling chilled glasses with fresh ice cubes and straining the mixture over them.
