Instructions for Skellington Cheese Ball Appetizer
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Fold these into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball, approximately 6-8 inches in diameter. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Unwrap the cheese ball and transfer it to a serving platter. Slice black olives to create facial features and arrange on the cheese ball.
  5. Serve surrounded by an array of crackers, sliced veggies, or fruits for a festive presentation.
