- Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a heatproof bowl or pitcher and mix in granulated sugar while warm. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ice cubes, and honey. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more sugar or honey as needed. Blend briefly to combine.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
