Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea into a heatproof bowl or pitcher and mix in granulated sugar while warm. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. In a blender, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ice cubes, and honey. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more sugar or honey as needed. Blend briefly to combine.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
