Smoothie Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients for the smoothie bowl: 1 frozen banana, dragon fruit puree, equal parts of frozen pineapple and mango, and orange juice or milk. Let them sit at room temperature for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the softened banana, dragon fruit puree, frozen pineapple, and frozen mango. Pour in ¼ to ½ cup of orange juice or milk and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
