Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In the greased baking dish, place cut chicken breasts, halved cherry tomatoes, diced zucchini, and chopped red onion in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and veggies, then sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Spoon tzatziki sauce generously over the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and vegetables are tender.
