Step-by-Step Instructions for Easter Bunny Popcorn Bars
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and half the mini marshmallows. Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly fold in the kettle popcorn until fully coated, then add the remaining mini marshmallows, stirring gently.
  3. Carefully fold in the mini Cadbury eggs, mini Robin eggs, and Peanut M&Ms, mixing gently for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate mixed with coconut oil over the top, then sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
