- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and half the mini marshmallows. Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly fold in the kettle popcorn until fully coated, then add the remaining mini marshmallows, stirring gently.
- Carefully fold in the mini Cadbury eggs, mini Robin eggs, and Peanut M&Ms, mixing gently for about 1-2 minutes.
- Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly.
