  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • pinch Kosher salt to balance sweetness

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easter Bunny Twists
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly dust your work surface with all-purpose flour.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  5. Slice pastry into strips about 3 inches wide and make cuts along the sides.
  6. Brush each strip with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Twist each strip, making cuts face outward to mimic bunny ears.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Transfer to a cooling rack while preparing frosting by mixing cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and salt.
