  2. Secure the lid tightly on the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the dressing is uniformly mixed.
  3. If desired, gently fold in ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese into the emulsified dressing.
  4. Season your dressing with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
