- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned. Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, chili powder, oregano, paprika, and minced garlic. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium, add olive or avocado oil. Add zucchini, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Return the cooked turkey to the skillet. Stir in water and tomato paste, mix until evenly coated. Fold in baby spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
