- Place the halved baby potatoes on one-third of the sheet pan, with the trimmed green beans adjacent. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the boneless ham on the remaining third of the sheet pan. Add drained pineapple slices on top of the ham.
